*How to submit paper to the conference?

Prepare your paper according to Paper Submission, register to the symposium (Registeration Guideline), after signing in, click on “My Papers” on the left side menu. Then click on “Submit New Paper”, fill in the form and submit it.

Please note that it is required to pay the initial fee before paper submission, according to the conference Registration Fees.

*How to register for the conference?

Register on the conference website first (according to Registeration Guideline). Sign in and click on “Services” on the left side menu and select “Participants” and save it. After paying the fee at “Bills & Payments”, your registration is done.

*How to get a discount on the registration fees?

Students, group registrations and IEEE members are eligible for a discount according to the conference Registration Fees. To get the discount, you should select the relevant registration group on the time of registration, and submit the required documents from the “Send Documents” section after signing in. If an incorrect registration group is selected during registration, it can be changed from “My Profile” after signing in.

*How to register for a workshop?

Register on the conference website first (according to Registeration Guideline). Sign in and click on “Services” on the left side menu and select the desired title and save it. After paying the fee at “Bills & Payments”, your registration is done.
