- Submitted articles should include new achievements in the field of conference topics. It also should demonstrate the unpublished research work.
- All submitted papers must be prepared based on the IEEE template available in the following section. The papers with any other formats will not be sent for the review process.
- Only Papers in English are allowed.
- Each accepted articlerequires one full registration for publication and inclusion in the conference proceedings.
- Presentation of accepted articles at the scheduled conference sessions is mandatory. Those accepted articles which are not presented will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
- Any observed plagiarism or fraud research activity of submitted articles at any stage will lead to the exclusion of the article from the conference proceedings. The corresponding author(s) are responsible for its consequences.
- Submissions must be limited to 6 double-column pages (maximum of 4 additional pages allowed - 10 pages in total – with over-length page fee) and must follow the IEEE Manuscript template for conference proceedings. The cost of each additional page for English Papers is 1,000,000 Rials /5 USD.
- Only articles that are accepted for presentation will be indexed in the IEEE database. In addition, the articles of previous conferences are also indexed.
- The conference uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.
