Abstract :
Systematic evaluation of actions and strategies for achieving and developing the country's digital economy, national information network, and other major activities in this field is essential. Given the extensive impact and influence of information and communication technology, a comprehensive understanding of the components of the digital transformation phenomenon at the national level is undeniable. One of the best solutions to access the components of digital transformation is to leverage international experiences in this field. The models and frameworks presented in international reports serve as suitable references for understanding the influential components of digital transformation. These components themselves encompass multiple indexes, each with several indicators to assess the current conditions. Therefore, studying the proposed models and frameworks in international reports on digital transformation can provide sufficient knowledge of these components. This research focuses on examining the components of digital transformation in several models and frameworks presented in international reports on digital transformation.
